Sun Trust Park, home of the Atlanta Braves, will be the perfect marriage of classic ballpark feel, modern amenities and southern hospitality, creating a fan experience unlike any other. With a capacity of 41,000 seats designed to maximize sightlines, every seat will feel like the best in the house. The stadium will be the first of its kind - a destination that will simultaneously build and integrate a state-of-the-art Major League Baseball ballpark with a multi-use development and community, incorporating a lively shopping and entertainment district accessible 365 days a year. The framing of the structure is made up of 6,000T of structural steelwork fabricated and erected from almost 10,000 shop assembly and general arrangement drawings. The Ballpark is scheduled to open in February 2017.
