The project is a steel/concrete composite structure, with a static pattern of continuous racking on three lights of 39.0 + 45.0 + 33.0 m, for a total of 117.0 m from shoulder axis A to shoulder axis B. The track develops in a curve of constant radius equal to 68.50 m between shoulder one and stack 2, while in the last span develops in clotoid with a variation of the transverse slope.
The scaffold is composed of two symmetrical beams of constant height equal to 2.20 m, arranged at a transverse distance of 4.0 m, accompanied by braces arranged in the two orders - upper and lower - of the cross-shaped type and intermediate crosspieces.
The platform slab, 0.25 m thick, has a constant width of 12.80 m divided into a road plan of 8.0 m and two pavements of 2.40 m each. The slab overhangs, length equal to 4.40 m, are supported with the help of struts that stand out from the base of the main beams with an inclination of about 54 and are arranged with a longitudinal step of 3.0 m. The concrete slab collaborates with the steel beams with connectors to the peg of type Nelson.
The indeformability of the section is guaranteed by intermediate reticular diaphragms made with compound profiles, places with typical longitudinal inter-axis equal to 3.0 m. The main traverses placed on the stack and shoulder axis are instead constructed by properly ribbed full core beams.
