Show/Alter State - Restraints

In a major productivity update, Restraint settings for steel members can now be quickly and easily graphically reviewed and adjusted via Review View -- Show/Alter State in the same way as other key design settings. (Previously some of these settings could only be made via the Member Properties dialog which could be time consuming).
