Situated in the popular seaside resort of Woolacombe in North Devon, Parade House has been extensively restored and refurbished and to become a modern luxury holiday property.
WM Ironwork were contracted by Pearce Construction Limited to design, manufacture and install an architectural balcony steelwork in keeping with the original wrought iron structure. WM Ironwork entered the project in January 2017 and installed in May of the same year.
Our design brief was to create a framework that was structurally capable of supporting the roof without the use of large and heavy steel columns which would have traditionally been used. We were also required to hide all possible connections to maintain the aesthetic of the design
