Hoppers, Casings, Top Boxes, Inlet and Outlet Ducting, Manifold outlet Ducting, Bypass Ducts, Penthouse, Top doors and Pre – Heat Ducts to replace existing units which have come to the end of their lifespan.
These are for one of the UK’s leading waste disposal companies, who play an active role in reducing the amount of waste taken to landfills. Their waste management facility in Nottingham is able to process 260,000 tonnes of waste per year, and uses an energy-efficient compressor and filtration system to transform non-recyclable waste into renewable energy.
We worked on the project between October 2017 and January 2018. Fabrication of the steelwork is still on going and once complete the plant will be shut down and the old ducts removed before the new ducts are fitted. TDS were enlisted to produce all GA's and manufacturing drawings / data for our client.
