Swanton Consulting are engaged in the design of the temporary works to enable the demolition of the interior of an existing office building to allow its conversion to a private health facility for the Cleveland Clinic. Working for our client and parent company, Erith Contractors, the contract works comprise the, Soft Strip, Demolition, Façade retention and associated basement works to the site known as 33 Grosvenor Place. The site is located at the south end of Grosvenor Place adjacent to the Queens Gardens and is bound by Grosvenor place, Wilton Street, Chester Mews and Chester Street.
