Super Iron Works Sdn Bhd was formed in year 2009 as a company specializing in light gauge steel roof truss, iron works, steel trusses, stainless steel mild steel roof structure and metal deck roof covering company. Our company located at Beranang, Selangor, Malaysia.

Applicant to be competent in:

  • Tekla Structural Designer
  • Tekla Structures

The role:

We are now looking for a structural steel detailer / drafter 

Key responsibilities:

  •  Ability to interpret architectural/engineers documents and translate those requirements to detailed drawings
  • A sound knowledge of the building/commercial and industrial practices is essential
  • knowledge of Tekla Structures software
  • Detailing of connections for beams, columns, bracing and other steel elements and determine belting and
  •  Sound knowledge of requirement of steel erector’s requirements for layout details
  • Produce detailed product listings and spreadsheets within Tekla Structures
  • Describe weld types and procedures and apply weld symbols on drawings

Required skills:

  • Should able to meet strict deadlines
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be organised and self-motivated
  • Have a minimum of 2 year's experience in the industry
