  • Trimble Connect

The role:

BIM Modeller

Key responsibilities:

  • Process new enquiry by generating product drawing and material quantity.
  • Process awarded project, submit shop drawings, final material extract and related documents.
  • Attend to customer complain on technical or quality issues.
  • Provide details or revisions in authority regulations in regard to technical specifications for presentation to management.
  • Update sub-sections of monthly report, daily job list and submit to Product Engineer for compilation.
  • Conduct spot sampling and inspection for incoming material.
  • Provide on job training to new drafters and assist in composing training slides for organizational knowledge.
  • Generate precast product models and detailing using BIM software.

Required skills:

  • Knowledge in building components and precast concrete products.
