International working environment

We have customers in more than 100 countries and a worldwide partner network. Trimble Solutions has own offices in over 20 countries. International environment is part of our daily work – our company language is English, and 30 different nationalities work at our largest site in Espoo, Finland.

Work-life balance

We appreciate both work and leisure time and support personnel's well-being in different ways. In addition to flexible hours, the employees can agree on various alternatives, such as part-time work, remote work and study or other leaves.

We also support sport and cultural activities during employees’ leisure time, and organize for example, summer and Xmas parties and ski trips. Activities vary in different locations: in Finland, we have almost twenty different hobby clubs, for example golf, crafts, music, yoga and cycling.
