Power Plant EOT Crane

Our project involves the design and construction of a 120MT overhead crane with a 24m column and a 48m runway beam, both pre-assembled and transported to the site. This project involves the design and construction of a 120MT Overhead Traveling Crane Tower Structure. The tower's column, a robust structure measuring 3m x 3m x 24m in height, was assembled at our factory and then transported to the job site. The crane runway beam, a critical component of the crane, boasts a web depth of 3m and a flange width of 1m, extending to a length of 48m. This beam, along with the surge girder, was assembled at our factory and shipped as a single unit, demonstrating our commitment to efficiency and precision. We utilized Tekla Structures throughout the project, ensuring accurate design and seamless execution.
