Hyatt House Hotel

An adaptive-reuse project of the historic Eastern Star Building that will transition into an eight-story Hyatt House Hotel with 128 rooms. The project is located across from Sutter's Fort State Historic Park. The original building was Constructed in 1928 and it was 3 stories tall. The existing brick façade will remain. 90% of the hotel will be new construction.
