Located in Lancaster, PA, we have worked on projects throughout the Tri-State area. We are a family-owned business that has been working in steel construction for three generations; steel is what we do. Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, we can fabricate anything with steel, including large, heavy projects as well as fancy railings and stairs. We are leaders in the industry and are one of the largest and most respected steel fabricators and erectors in Central PA, dedicated to providing quality products and service in a timely and cost-effective manner.

The Chief Sales Estimator reports to the Vice President of Sales and leads a team of 3-5 estimators.

They are responsible for reviewing upcoming potential projects and then helping to decide which projects to bid on and at what price point — with the end goal of winning bids that maintain appropriate margin and maximize production without overwhelming it. As part of the steel fabrication industry, this role primarily focuses on structural steel and miscellaneous steel estimations. Tekla software is used significantly, and previous experience working with it a great advantage.
