Online training will be delivered in either 10, 5 or 2 half day sessions depending on the course, and will cover exactly the same content as the classroom version. The training sessions take place via a Google Meeting, and you'll be able to see, hear and interact with the trainer and other trainees throughout the sessions.
Using TeamViewer, we will share our training laptops with you, allowing you to access and remotely control them for the duration of the course. This also enables our trainers to see your screens to assist you with any queries during the course on a 1-on-1 basis. This means that you don't need to worry about hardware specifications, licensing and software requirements, as everything you need will already be installed - you just need a computer, with a mouse, keyboard, headset with mic, and access to the internet.
All laptops will be left on throughout the whole duration of the course allowing the training sessions to remain active, so should you wish to use the afternoons to practise on the software, you can.
