This innovative project combines infill light-gauge steel for the lower floors of The Chocolate Factory, with panelised load-bearing frames to construct the sixth floor without much need for significant structural reinforcement. The project used Tekla's design and organisational capabilities to optimise material usage, streamline deliveries, and speed up construction.
Achievements
Tekla's tools and features were used to check, modify, and split frames into more logistically feasible sizes and weights for transportation. This contributed to the successful completion of the construction project.
