This project is mainly a three-story house, a reinforced-concrete structure. The project was chosen due to flexible application and analysis. Therefore, we imported the project into the construction life cycle,and focus on three stages: design planning, procurement bidding, construction, carry out analysis and application at whole stages. Applications such as green-energy analysis, quantity calculation, structural design.Allows the building to be analyzed and optimized at each stage. Let this project reach the core value of the construction life cycle.
Finally, the complete project is exported to reports and drawings. Through the process steps of the complete project, we can better understand the information needed for the life cycle of a project and the value of importing BIM into the project.
