The quick and easy modeling and design of spread and wall footings has been expanded to include pile caps and mat foundations. Pile caps can have any arrangement of piles, automatic placement or user defined. A catalogue of piles and capacities can be entered into the program, TSD will then design the pile caps and pick the appropriate number of piles required for the loading demand from the building. Designing piles has never been easier. This release has also introduced mat foundation design. Modeling is quick and easy by selecting columns, foundation, or drawing a general area.
