Production Control: Enhanced Imports in Tekla EPM 2019i

In Tekla EPM 2019i, the production control XML imports will now rename parts based on GUID matches. Also, the ""Test Import"" option for Production Control imports is now more useful for knowing the full effect of an import before going through with it.
