The Sand Clock Block is an IT park that can be used by technology companies.
This building consists of 3 floors with each floor having a height of 3600mm. The columns and beams of this building are made of steel which is easy to erect and is a time saver. The steel also provides extra support to the structure and increases its life also allowing it to withstand maximum weight that a concrete structure can withstand.
The open area which is located at the centre of the building can be used as a park or as a car park. Two elevators are provided in the building and for the staircase, the columns are placed at an equal distance of 4000mm which is provided by a I shape beam which is of height 300mm, web thickness of 15mm and flange thickness of 20mm and width of 300mm and which is placed in the concrete footing of height 1500mm and width of 1500mm and it is placed 1500mm below the ground and will be able to carry the whole weight of the structure.
The total height of the building is about 14400mm. The top view of the building attracts the most and will become a landmark for the area. It does not have any adverse environmental impact.
