This project had various consultants and trades that the structural steel needed to be coordinated with.
With an aggressive schedule, it was important that there was a fluent information flow between the consultants and trades.

This Stadium is an unsymmetrical shape, unlike many other stadium projects. Due to this, most of the roof trusses were of unique lengths, which created unique truss geometry and therefore also unique connections between the trusses.

In this project, there was a requirement for the consultants and trades to upload models on a weekly basis to a cloud server for BIM coordination. Through this process, some clashes and misalignments between trades' models were identified. The BIM process allowed these discrepancies to be found and resolved before materials were shipped to the site and installed, therefore saving costs and avoiding major delays to the construction schedule.
