Structural model of a sales office

This project is a sales office. The design's main use function is commercial. The building area is 1,535 square meters, the building height is 11.18 meters, and the main structure is a steel frame. There will be no impact on the environment or surrounding infrastructure.

Challenges to meet

The modeling of the sales office seemed easy at the beginning, but as the drawing deepened, the team found many difficulties. However, the team still completed this task through unremitting efforts and gained a lot from it.

First, the model should determine each part's specifications and then locate them on the axis network. Each part's length specification is different. To ensure the position is correct, the modeler must be particularly careful. When distracted, it is very easy to make mistakes. Carefulness is the key to success; only careful avoidance of mistakes can bring success.

Secondly, the team's division of labor  must be clear. Teamwork requires effective communication and coordination, and our team has done a very good job in this regard. Each member is actively involved in the team's discussions and decision-making processes to ensure that our team's goals and strategies are implemented. Our team has a strong sense of responsibility and creativity. We face challenges positively, communicate constantly, and explore new solutions.
