The 19PBCH – CHP2 Kazincbarcika of the steel structure of the boiler house and service platforms for the HRSG boiler project comprises the basic engineering and detailed engineering documentation of the structure described below.
The subject of the contract involved basic engineering drawings, workshop documentation and connection design of the steel structures of the boiler house, the outer staircase, structure for sheathing, and service platforms.
The boiler house structure consists of three main platforms and roof structure. Supporting columns are located in three main axes. In the fourth axis, the boiler house is connected directly to the structure of the boiler. The statical system is designed as pinned with bracings in the vertical axis of the columns and horizontal bracings in the platforms and roof.
The main platforms are walkable and equipped by gratings, and the boiler room is sheathed. The main access between the platforms is accessible from the staircase and by ladders between the platforms. There’s an outer platform with access to the platform of the stack on the top level.
The structure of the staircase is connected to the main axis of the boiler house. The entire structure is painted, but only the gratings and stairs are galvanized. The weight of the entire structure is 150 t.
