Restauration of an old bridge. We had to lift the bridge and transport it to our workplace. Here we had to sandblast it so that the rust and paint would disappear and we could measure the remaining thickness of the steel. This way the general contractor can decide which parts we had to replace. The engineering department calculated the reinforcements and we tried to restore the bridge, while trying to maintain the authentic expression of the bridge. The complete dismantle and reassemble took 9 months.
