The subject of the contract is the statics of connection, project and workshop documentation of the new desulphurization of the Mělník I power plant. In the Tekla program, the complete field of flue gas cleaning was elaborated. Thus, construction of two absorbers with service platforms, pump buildings, stair towers and cable bridge. The difficulty of this project lies in the coordination of many professions in a very short time – basic design, technology, cladding, machinery, secondary construction for electrical work, etc.
For the Mělník project, we used a 3D laser scan of the existing structures. Laser scanning has been associated with new designs, and potential collisions have been solved in the Naviswork program, and the construction process has been discussed so that it can run in the shortest possible time. Another challenge was the division of the project into sub-objects, links to technologies and constructions modeled in other graphics programs. The project, workshop and production activities on the sub-sections of the contract were carried out almost simultaneously.
