Guangzhou Huijin International Center is a composite structure composed of steel beam frame, steel tube-confined concrete column and reinforced concrete core-wall, which covers an area of 36,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 410,000 square meters. The total height of this building is 306 meters,consisting of 69 floors on the ground and 6 floors underground. The center is located in traffic thoroughfare, facing the Huangpu District, and is widely regarded as one of the three landmark projects in Guangzhou, which has the high starting point, high investment planning and government efforts. Guangzhou Huijin International Center will be taking the responsibility of upgrading Guangzhou industry, developing high-end financial industry, and attracting multinational financial enterprises.
