The 7-storey building with a basement and the main structure is connected to the core wall by means of PIN connections. There are more than 1,000 nos. of embedded steel plates had been fixed on the core walls during casting for the purpose of having installed the floor beams which was designed and fabricated by ASSENT. There were precisely qualified & trained steel erectors and surveyor’s team with high potential of supervision by ASSENT have executed the fixation of embedded plates and PIN assembly on the core walls
during casting.

All the 3 no’s mega box frames which are having 175MT weight and 18 nos. of wing box Trusses with the weight of 120MT has been transported from the Factory to site as several parts and assembled at the site as per the project specification by using trained and certified welders and fabrications team by ASSENT. The erection of main trusses has been commenced from both sides of the building by using 1,000MT and 600MT crawler cranes simultaneously. Well trained riggers, lifting supervisors and steel erectors were deployed to
facilitate the installation tasks with the support of designated HSE team on site. In addition to that 4 nos. of 250MT crawler cranes and sort of additional mobile cranes also reinforced 24*7 to complete the infills and secondary steel installation of this project.

All the main cantilever trusses were positioned on top of Temporary towers until its get welded, braced, intermediately connected and self-supported. All the temporary towers which are having 600MT had been erected in prior of main steel erection and it has been dismantled after the de-propping of all main cantilever trusses.

Micro planning & Skilled Resources were facilitated us to achieve the Goal which would be a remarkable achievement always.
