About the Project

In the Project of Strength Week 2023 in Bahrain, Ahmed Mansoor Al Aali successfully manufactured 2 units of the Araba ile Car leg press machines within a completion period of 3 to 4 weeks, despite facing limited resources. The structural integrity analysis was performed using STAAD. Pro, while the model design and detailed shop fabrication were carried out using Tekla Structure software Version 2022. This involved great 3D modeling with precise detailing.

Despite the tight time constraints, the AMA team executed a well-planned and coordinated effort, working efficiently with dedicated team members to achieve the project's completion with utmost precision and patience. The moving assembly had to be handled smoothly and gently to ensure it could be operated by a person without any failures. Consequently, the team successfully conducted load tests, ensuring the project's compliance and safety standards were met.

At AMA Bahrain, we achieved a remarkable milestone by successfully manufacturing 2 Car leg press machines under challenging circumstances. Confronted with a constrained time limit, limited team members, and scarce resources, our dedicated fabrication team, along with the support of a lathe machine, ensured the completion of the project with critical alignment, utmost accuracy, and smooth movement. The machines consisted of many small parts, including buyout components like bearings and rubber, yet we managed to complete the entire process in the AMA-SMD workshop without a single mistake.

Our success hinged on the combination of a smart and capable team, with individuals who were truly dedicated to the project's success. Expert resources and a shared vision for the project further facilitated our journey to triumph. Effective planning from the project's inception to completion played a pivotal role in setting the foundation for success, and open communication within the team proved to be absolutely essential.

To achieve such precision and accuracy in model design and detailed shop fabrication, we utilized Tekla Structure software Version 2022. This powerful tool allowed us to undertake 3D modeling with detailed accuracy, handling the complexity of many small parts effectively.

In conclusion, this project showcases AMA Bahrain's ability to excel under pressure, leveraging the expertise of our team and cutting-edge technology like Tekla Structure software to deliver outstanding results.
