We at Trimble Energy & Public Administration develop model-based software solutions and strive to be the best professional partner for our customers in the energy distribution, public administration, water and communication network industries. To measure our performance and customer satisfaction levels we carried out a survey in September 2014.
The market research company Innolink Research Ltd used Net Promoter Score (NPS) to conduct the survey, which was sent to almost 1,900 customers of our business area. Nearly 600 responded resulting in a response rate of 32%. Our Net Promoter Score was 29. This is a good result within the industry and a total of six units higher than in a similar survey conducted a year ago.
Customer feedback is very important to a successful business. We greatly appreciate our customers’ input and continue to develop our operations to produce the best possible customer experience.
