Tekla, Inc., a Trimble company is looking for an Office Administrator to join our Accounting and Administration Team
- Manage and undertake a wide range of administrative functions to ensure the administration activities within our organization run smoothly
- Manage phones, shipping and receiving, reception, ordering supplies, filing
- Banking, customer order processing, A/R and A/P
- Supporting management and departments with day-to-day business needs
- Facility management
- Other administrative duties as necessary
Skills & Experience needed:
- Degree in accounting or administration
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Good computer skills including CRM user experience.
- Current office administration experience
