Tekla, Inc. is a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary and a reseller of the software products of Tekla Corporation. We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager, with a proven track record of success. This position requires managerial level leadership skills and progressive thinking. The suitable candidate can also apply his/her experience and education in a self-directed and fast-paced environment.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage marketing resources and activities of Tekla, Inc. with internal support and parent company guidance
- Manage lead generation
- Responsible for CRM as marketing database and tool
- Coordinate marketing related initiatives with local partners in the area
- Conduct market research in the area
- Analyze market situation and report to local management and global marketing team
- Event planning and implementation, which includes large scale events.
We appreciate:
- 4 year University Degree, Bachelors majoring in marketing related topics, such as communication and marketing
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience with proof of management skills and marketing results in B to B environment. Experience in the technology segment and software preferred
- Thorough knowledge of digital marketing and Social Media channels
- Proficiency in software commonly used in marketing, such as Adobe InDesign
- CRM knowledge both in use for sales as well as marketing and research
- Analytical skills and ablility to conduct research based on data available in CRM and elsewhere
- Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
