We are often asked "what is localization?" Dictionary.com defines it as follows.
Localization - Adapting a product to meet the language, cultural and other requirements of a specific target market. With this in mind, your local technical team (also known as your Localization team) is dedicated to improve your experience with new features, as well as improve the overall process used to complete a project.
Many items are localized in Tekla Structures with each version. Most of these changes focused on making default "Saved" attributes more
- Consistent
- Organized
- Simplified
- Practical
Tasks done by your Localization team stem from the program needs that are identified by existing users (thru the Helpdesk), new users (thru our Training classes) and potential users (thru demonstrations). We believe these contributions will enhance your experience using Tekla Structures. With each new version, we plan on doing many more exciting things to improve the overall process used to complete a project.
