Tekla User was approached to detail and fabricate a modular, reusable crane trestle for an upcoming bridge expansion project for the Little Bay Bridge between Dover and Newington, NH. The initial configuration was designed to allow a pair of Manitowoc 4100 cranes to self erect their own access ways between two existing bridge structures.
The project consisted of three stair towers with a total of 90 flights, which were to be hung from the building's structural steel.

The Investors Group Field is composed of 9000 tons of steel, 28,000 cubic meters of concrete, 3500 sections of hollow main floor, 450 pieces of precast bleachers, 272,000 blocks, 8 acres of room, 33,500 seats expandable to 40,000 for major events, including Grey Cup and other major international events and concerts.
The Nu Skin Innovation Center will feature an additional 164,000 sq. ft. for a total Nu Skin corporate campus of nearly 300,000 sq. ft.,

Fairmount Minerals is a leader in the exploding frack sand mining industry. The company is in the process of a major expansion of their Wedron, IL plant. They need a bridge to carry fresh water piping to the mining face and slurry pipes back to the process buildings.
The iconic new Port Canaveral Welcome Center will have indoor and outdoor observation decks, an 83-seat theater/auditorium, meeting and function space and a café. Progressively smaller floor plates cantilever from two main sloping 16" O.D. x 1 3/16" thick pipe columns at the front of the building.
