Rules and prize

Tekla BIM Awards is divided into three categories. One prize is awarded to each category. Each participant can enter one model per category:

  • BIM projects
  • Steel
  • Concrete

Tekla has the right to reject a model from the competition if any required material is missing.

Note:

By entering a model to the competition, you give the permission to Tekla to use the model and images of the model for marketing and sales demonstration purposes (including e.g. publishing the model to Tekla Web Viewer or Tekla BIMsight application and using project information and images in Tekla marketing material).

Voting

Voting is open to the public and can be promoted by the competing company. Only one vote per category per person will be counted. The most popular models voted for by the public will then be put through to the appointed jury.

The Jury

The winners of the Tekla North America BIM Awards will be decided by a jury of leading BIM experts.

The Tekla BIM Awards is a great way to gain publicity and recognition for your company − especially if you win!

The winners each receive:

  • Tekla North America BIM Awards 2012 Trophy
  • Tekla website publicity
  • One (1) Tekla Structures Viewer license
  • Two (2) tickets to Tekla North American User Meeting 2013
  • Entered into the Tekla Global BIM Awards
