The new Plano Headquarters for Ericsson consisted of a precast office building and 2 parking garages, all with a BIM requirement in the contract. Precast for all 3 structures was modeled in Tekla Structures.
The Science and Engineering Complex Phase IV for the University of Alabama is scheduled to open summer 2013. The building will include more than 100,000 square feet of research laboratories, faculty offices, graduate student areas, conference & meeting facilities, and other collaboration spaces. This is a four story cast in place concrete structure with elevated beams and 2-way flat slabs.

Palisades of Arundel is a 15-story residential building with 3 underground parking levels. This structure will provide 346,000 square feet of residential area plus 464 underground parking spaces. The entire structure is cast-in-place concrete.
Worcester Polytechnic Institute Athletic Field Parking Deck is a 548 parking space structure which supports a 171,696 sqft. softball and soccer field which has a footprint of 267'-0" x 642'-4". The deck consists of three corner stair towers and one elevator / stair tower that connects to an existing school building located across the street.
The project features 500 luxury apartments over 45 levels in Chicago's Streeterville Neighborhood. To the south of the residential tower is an 11 story parking garage with a rooftop amenities deck. Adjustable Forms utilized its building information modeling (BIM) abilities to fully model the parking garage and residential towers.
