The 7th international seminar for all members of the Tekla Xpower community will be held in Helsinki, Finland. The event is arranged in cooperation with Helen Sähköverkko Oy,
on Tuesday & Wednesday,
14th to 15th of October.
This year's seminar is held under theme "AMR faces NIS".
In the presentations and discussion we will have possibility to see how advanced meter reading technology will give additional benefits to Tekla Xpower customers when Network Information System (NIS) and Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) systems are integrated. The lecturers will present Tekla Xpower NIS - AMR integration benefits concerning several customer prosesses and of course, several Tekla Xpower applications.
During the seminar you have also unique possibility to hear the thoughts of other members of the international Tekla Xpower community - how they see future trends and development of our industry.

Participation fee
- The early-birdy participation fee, until 13 August, is 440 euros/person
- The participation fee from 14 August is 480 euros/person
(Including the seminar lectures, material, meals according the program, tutorials etc. The price does not include the accommodation and transportations.)
Accommodation fee
- Single room 110 euros/person/night
- Double room 60 euros/person/night
(Tekla does not guarantee a double room if no person is indicated to share the room.)
These affordable prices are valid for the nights from Monday 12 to Thursday 16 October, one day prior and after the event.

The seminar takes a place in one of the most beautiful and valuable buildings in Finland, the National Museum of Finland. The museum is located in the very heart of the capital city Helsinki.

The hotel is situated conveniently only 5 minutes walking from the seminar venue and couple minutes of one of the newest malls in Finland (Kamppi)
Finland and Helsinki are easily reachable by airplane, boat and ferries, busses and trains. We are pleased to assist you to find the most convenient and suitable option for you and your colleagues. Also if you wish to receive more information of the transportation e.g. from the airport to the hotel, please contact the organizer.
Due the location of the hotel and the venue, there is no need for the transportation during the seminar days. In case of rain, the transportation between the hotel and venue will be organized. Also, please inform us if you need assistance and/or transportation due any other reason.
Luggage
Your luggage will be transported by the organiser to the hotel on Tuesday and to the venue on Wednesday, if requested. More info will be sent to the participants.

Terms of cancellation
- If participation is cancelled less than 30 days (by 14 September) prior the event 50% of the participation fee and 100 % of the accommondation will be charged.
- If participation is cancelled seven days (by 7 October) prior the event, also the participation fee will be charged in full.
