location information about the municipality, Tekla Xcity offers fully integrated
Geographic Information System (GIS) functionality. Tekla Xcity has dedicated applications for key operations related to the community residential area building process, from land use planning and building control to real estate management and customer service.
Tekla Xcity is a multi-user system that allows different operations to simultaneously use and maintain the same data, as needed. To ensure that the information in the database is always up-to-date, Tekla Xcity has interfaces to the municipal and state registers. As a result, Tekla Xcity significantly improves the quality and cost-efficiency of the municipality’s entire data management operation while also providing web-based information services and e-solutions to the residents.
