Jarrad, Customer Service Manager, US 

I came to Tekla, Inc. in October 2000 from the steel detailing industry. In my first few years, I assisted our sales team with product demonstrations and helped penetrate to the US market.

In my current role as a Customer Service Manager I am responsible for the strategic direction and tactical execution of our Customer Service department. My day to day tasks include; managing our helpdesk, administering our training classes, and localizing upcoming versions of our software for adoption into our market.

Our Customer Service team currently has 5 employees, and we have  plans to add more people to the team.  Each of us  possesses a strong work ethic and passion for Tekla Structures. This  helps us form a great working relationship both with our customers and each other.
