Theme
The main theme of TED12 seminar is 'Perfect Match', asTekla’s modular offering makes it easy to find a perfect solution for infrastructure-related business operations in Energy distribution.
Tekla’s software solutions are easy-to-choose thanks to their customer orientation, modularity and interoperability. Tekla’s software solutions are, to a great extent, interoperable with other systems used by our customers.
The lecturers will present several case studies and success stories of development projects with Tekla Solutions and other matching systems.

Nokia Lumia cell phone will be raffled among all early-bird registrees (registered by March 31), and the phone will be delivered to the winner at TED12 event, in Berlin.
The prize is worth over 400 euros. Check also the affordable price for early-bird participation fee!
Rules of competition
- All registrations done by March 31 are valid for the raffle.
- Only a person attending the event can win the prize. In case of cancellation, the prize will be raffled for a new winner.
- The name and organization of the winner will be announced on this site.
- The prize will be delivered to the winner at the event.
- The prize only includes the device in its sales box.

The seminar takes place at the hotel Holiday Inn Berlin Airport.
The hotel is conveniently located nearby the brand new Berlin airport, only 10 minutes by shuttle.
NOTE: Accommodation is arranged at the same hotel. Since Berlin is (one of) the most popular cities in Europe in June, we strongly recommend you book your stay as early as possible! There is only a limited number of rooms available at the venue hotel. Possible other hotels will be announced at a later date, if the need arises.

Prices
Participation fee
- The participation fee from April 1 is 650 euros/person
- The early-bird participation fee until the end of March (March 31) is 570 euros/person
(Early bird registration is over, valid price above)
The participation fee includes the seminar lectures, materials, meals according to the program, tutorials, and transportation mentioned in the program.
The price does not include accommodation, parking and local transportations to the venue and Berlin.
The valid VAT will be added to the participation fee.
Please note that for late registrations (after May 11) we cannot quarantee the prices given below. You will be contacted regarding the accommodation fee.
- Single room 138 euros/person/night (Price not valid after May 11)
- Double room 96 euros/person/night
(Tekla does not guarantee a double room if no person is indicated to share the room.)

The accommodation prices are valid for the nights in June from Tuesday 12 to Friday 15, one day prior to and one day after the event. The prices include breakfast.
The prices have a 0% VAT.
NOTE: There is only a limited number of rooms available in the venue hotel, Holiday Inn Berlin Airport. Possible other hotels will be announced at a later date, if the need arises.
The booked services (participation and hotel accommodation) will be charged as registered per Friday May 11, 2012.
Cancellations must be made before May 11, 2012. If cancellation is made after May 11, all services reserved will be fully charged.
Refund for cancellation after May 11, 2012 can be made only if a medical certificate is submitted to RTG and if the cancellation is made to RTG before the beginning of the event.
Name changes can be made after May 11, 2012. RTG must be notified of name changes by email.

Travelling to Berlin
Germany and Berlin can be easily reached by airplane with reasonable prices, with severeral airlines.
Our partner RTG Sales Oy is pleased to assist you in finding the most convenient and suitable option for you and your colleagues. Just ask RTG to contact you when filling in the registration form, or send RTG an email.
Local transportation (updated May 9)
It was announced on May 8th that the New Berlin Branderburg Airport will open later than planned. Location for TED12 event is right next to this airport, Holiday Inn Berlin Airport, because it is conveniently situated for travel reasons. Due to this setback there is not yet information where the flights will land. If your flight arrives to Tegel Airport we recommend to use taxis to get to the venue.
We will follow the situation and inform if any other affects to the event and arrangements.

- There is a shuttle service from Berlin-Schönefeld Airport to the hotel, which takes less than 10 minutes. The shuttle service runs every 30 minutes, around the clock.
- The participation fee does not include any other transportations to/from the venue, hotel and Berlin.
