We are looking for Technical Support Engineers to Tekla India Pvt. Ltd.

In order to strengthen our Support Service Team based in Mumbai we are looking for Technical Support Engineers.

Your tasks will include:
• Technical product support & day to day Helpdesk support. Customizing the software as per customer requirements. Creating Hints and Tips, Technical help docs for Tekla users. Carrying out product onsite & in-house training courses
• Participation in seminars, exhibitions and product user meetings 
• Participation to specifying local product development needs & product localization
• Preparation of material for sales presentations, local product releases and marketing
• Pre-Sales support , demonstration of products to clients & Contribution to product sales and software deliveries

We appreciate:
• High standard Civil/Structural Diploma with min. 3-5 years experience / Engineering or Technical Engineering Degree
• 2–3 years experience in using 3D modeling systems, CAD/CAM is necessary
• Experience in support and training services
• Experience with Tekla Structures Steel Detailing (preferable)
• Good communication skills
• Experience with concrete/rebar detailing is an added advantage
