Tekla has the right to reject a model from the competition if any required material is missing. One or more model(s) can be entered per company for each of the categories if desired.
Entrants must provide:

Tekla Structures .db1 file and profile database file of the model.

Description of the project max. 150 words

Brief about the Company max. 150 words

Sample drawings of the project (2-3 pdfs)

Photographs of the project completed or under construction.

Company Logo.

Permission to use the model and images of the model for marketing and sales demonstration purposes.
Rules and Regulations:
NO portion of the models submitted for this competition can be detailed, in any manner, by using any other program (CAD or otherwise), outside of the Tekla Structures program.
All models submitted to this competition must NOT have been entered in any other prior similar Tekla competition.
Legal notice:
Ownership of any materials submitted for this competition shall remain the property of the Company ("the competitor ") submitting the material. The competitor shall grant Tekla the right to use any and all material submitted for this competition, as well as the competitors name for any promotional or marketing material. Tekla also reserves the right to make duplicate copies of any and all material submitted for this competition. The competitor also hereby certifies that there are no copyrights owned by any third party for any and all materials submitted for this competition.
Any and all material submitted for this competition will not be returned to the competitor. Tekla will not be held responsible for any material lost in shipment. Tekla will store this same material for one month after the competition, before disposing of it.
Voting:
Voting is open to the public and can be promoted by the competing company. Only one vote per category per person will be counted. The most popular models voted for by the public will then be put through to the appointed jury.
The Jury:
The winners of the Tekla ME Model Competition will be decided by a jury of leading BIM experts throughout the world.
